Default Need help- Fuel injected ultra classic

As I was riding to work one day, my bike quit and gas was pouring out of the air cleaner. Since then the bike will not start. Turns over but no start. Checked ignition coil and replaced fuel injectors. Still has the same problem. Fuel pump comes on normal for required duration when key is turned on but gas pours out of the throttle body. Any thoughts?

Are you using any aftermarket fuel controller ? DFO TFI PC3 etc

If so remove it and see if the problem goes away.

The bike wont start because the injectors are pulsing and it goes into clear flood mode and wont spark.

No aftermarket fuel controller. Bike is stock except for stage one kit. I had trouble codes of front coil failure, rear coil failure and rear injector open/low. Those codes are now history and no new codes have been set. Don't know exactly when these codes came up but I assume they came up when problem occured. Since I have viewed them they do not re-appear. Using the jumper pin method on the data link connector. The last problem that happened right before this was the header pipes cracked. I replaced the headers and took a hard 150 mile ride the day before this latest problem. All seemed to run fine.

Hey Scotty,
Thanks for the help. I've been talking to some other people and they all seem to think ECM also. Even Harley mechanics have not heard of the gas situation that I mentioned. Thanks again

Sounds like the fuel tank is not venting....

Did you perhaps overfill or topoff the tank too much? If so, it is highly possible that the small charcol canister is clogged. When this little item gets plugged, the fuel tank won't be able to vent. The fuel can pour out air cleaners, fuel cap, throttle body, and really make a mess.

This problem is really much more noticeable in the warmer weather though.
