I want to put the stage1 kit and the SE double barrel exhaust on my deuce.
my dealer told me that I need the SE stage 1 cartridge to flash the ecm for my bike and thiscosts me 225 Euro + labor (this is close to 340$)
Can I use the SERT to flash my bike with this software or is the cartridge a dealer only item and I need special equipment to get it into the ecm

You'll find that the "flash" is included in the Race Tuner software. If you get a Race Tuner, you can put one of the canned mapes in your bike, without issue.
