Was in the process of installing a map on to my ecm when at 61percent the whole thing crashed, think it was a power failure not sure..had to have the ecm reflashed at my local dealer so while they did that for me i felt it a good idea to ask them to reinstall my sert, being that they have all the software and computers an all....well they called me and said the sert you have bought is defective,will not marry its self to my ecm, in there opinion it was probably dammaged when the map i was installing crashed???? being that i bought the sert in the usa and my dealer is here in Europe (france) he can not help me! so i called the place where i bought the sert, they are being very helpful...there head tech believes it is almost certainly the dealer here who is doing something wrong on the install, he also said that a system failure is common and does not damage the sert modual....
Does anyone have any ideas please..thinking about just going back to a PC111 !!!!!
