Yes, K&N has stock replacement air filters that fits in our stock air boxes.
Here's the filter for the Street Glide http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=HD-1499

Put the IED's on my 08 RG a couples of days ago and am very pleased. Bike runs cooler and smoother, throttle response is crisper.
Good product that does what it claims. All too rare in todays aftermarket world. There's allot of junk out there.
I was low on gas when I first installed them and had the "miles remaining" indicator on the odometer. It scared the hell out of me as it jumped from 31 to 24 to 10 in the first half mile. After that it simply said "low".
I now wonder how accurate this indicator will be with the IED's on.

Delta- The normal bias is there already.
I just had some issues with mid-range in the map.
The XIED's are the way to go.
The VIED's are experimental only.
Blueride - I wouldnt depend on the distance feature on a stock bike, iffy at best.
Zzmellio - the ecu is doing what it is told by either the IED's or XIED's. The difference is the components inside.
peapodcv - NJ should be a fine area to run either one.

I spent about 20 years of my life living in NJ. Mostly up North in and around Morris county. I used to love riding out towards the Delaware Water Gap. A lot of pretty country up there.
Your combination will be dynamite, you'll love it.
Make sure to report back after you get a chance to ride it that way and let us know your impressions.
Thanks,
Dave

I did that same K&N replacement filter, slip-ons, IED's and stock ecu combo and got pinging. Went to the Stage 1 download and all is well again. It only pinged under roll on throttle conditions.
It may also be dependent on the octane of the fuel you get locally. We only get 91 here in AZ. I wouldn't personally do any non-OEM filter without a remap.

Sounds like it could just be on the ragged edge of pinging then. Your results may vary could very well apply.
On another note, I've been keeping tabs on my temps for the last few days and it seems to be consistent that the rear cyl won't go over about 290 and the front will be about 20 degrees cooler. I just took a 270 and 290 reading on the fins just above the bolt on the exhaust side of each cylinder and it's 89 degrees outside. Temps read inbetween the bolt and the plug just to the left of the plug on both cylinders were 260 front and 280 rear. Considering that people had seen 320+ temps on stock motors in cooler ambient temps, my combo runs pretty cool...
