Thanks Heywood and Rider57 for your advice. Gonna put them on and will let you know the results after a good run, if it ever stops raining!

Welp, I have folowed every post of this thread since the beginning. I think I've heard enough to be convinced.
My hat is off to youse guys. I never cease to be amazed by what can be accomplished when pressed by a challenge.
Ordered my IED's...ordered my Rush 2" slipons and should know by this time next week just how it all works.
Thanks for all the input from all concerned.
Now I'm just waiting for the IAT relocation pictures.

O7 Street Bob (HDI)V&H SS (quiet baffles). Stock A/C. Fitted IEDs. Heat entiely gone. Don't notice a thing under my rear any more and not worrying about the engine when stuck in traffic - this used to be a major souce of stress.

Remeber all that talk about furnace engines at the beginning of the 07 run? Thanks to Steve the problem's gone! One more reccommendation for the IED's.

Anyone know if Ican / shouldleave the IEDs on if I eventually fit a Fuelpack, SERT or similar?

CKinAZ,
When you say K&N filter in a modified stock air box, what modification did you do?

Hey guys,
If you can, those of you who have the IED's (not home made) installed can let me know if your state has motorcycle emissions inspection it would help in some testing I am about to undertake.
Not safety inspection, emissions only.
Thanks

So far my IED's are working great....but someone on another forum has said that running them will cause O2 sensor failure in 6000 to 10,000 miles after using them....i guess time will tell? If so, will the bike throw a code or will it just revert back to the leaner mixture?

I doubt that the O2 will fail because of the IED's.
If it does, remove them, reconnect the system the regular way.
Take the bike in for warrenty repairs. The emission systems are covered for a much longer period in 43 states than the regular warrenty time.

None here in Alberta, western Canada. Can't say the same for some of the other provinces. That's why it's the wild west. I talked with Steve yesterday via e-mail..... If it's the same test that I think it might be....count me in.
