I am putting all my test results on my next post. They are all from the emissions lab where I work.
I have AFR readings starting at idle, 20%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 75% and WOT.
The graph that printed out isn't very readable after I scanned it so I wiil trace it in color and pot it as well.
This is the final test I did with all the mods I have done.(I will list them)

My IED's showed up yesterday while I was out riding after just ordering them Friday. I put them on after the bike cooled down enough to get my hands near the exhaust. On startup I didn't notice any difference in sound, no big deal. I took a quick spin around the block because it had started raining and the low speed surging had not completely gone away but was signifigantly lessened. On a crappier note though, while installing the rear one, I noticed oil all over the bottom of the bike and traced it up to where the clutch cable enters the transmission. Which would explain why all day I kept thinking my clutch was getting spongy and I kept dismissing it as just in my head. So now I got to remove the IED's so I can get the bike to the stealer to see what's up with the clutch. Oh well, I'll have to wait now to see what effect they have on the heat issue.

Here are the test results. I tried to scan the printout but it rendered so poorly that i will have to trace it and scan again.
Outside Air Temp = 38F
Amb Air Temp = 68F
Cal. Temp = 70F

Cold Test From Start
1K = Idle AFR13.8:1
1.5k = 13.9:1
2K = 14.1:1
2.5K = 14.0:1
3K= 13.9:1
3.5k = 13.9:1
4K =13.9:1
4.5K = 14.0:1
5K =14.0:1
WOT =13.8:1
EXHAUST TEMP @ 3500 RPM = 210F

Warm Test (>150 /<250)
1K= Idle AFR 13.6:1
1.5K = AFR 13.7:1
2K = AFR 13.8:1
2.5K = AFR 14.1:1
3K = AFR 13.8:1
3.5K = AFR 13.9:1
4K = AFR 13.8:1
4.5K = AFR 14.0:1
5K = AFR 13.8:1
WOT = AFR 13.8:1
EXHAUST TEMP @ 3500RPM = 210F

Hot Test (>250F)
1K = Idle AFR 13.6:1
1.5K AFR 13.6:1
2K AFR 13.9:1
2.5K AFR 13.9:1
3K AFR 13.7:1
3.5K AFR 13.7:1
4K AFR 13.8:1
4.5K AFR 13.9:1
5K AFR 14.0:1
WOT AFR 13.8:1
Exaust Temp @ 3500RPM = 215F

The base test was a stock 2007 Road Glide. Idle AFR 13.9:1. From 1500rpm to 2500 rpm the AFR was 14.6:1. From 2500 to 3500 rpm the AFR was 14.6:1.From 3500 to 5000 the AFR was 14.2:1. WOT AFR was 14.0:1.

Using Mobile 1 Syn 20/50 oil, no cooler, homemade IED, relocated IAT, stock exhaust / mufflers, stock AC, premium gas 97 octane.

Huh... well, ya cant argue with that now can you. Now the next step would be to run a "variable voltage drop" resistor package and "dial in" your AFR! Literally!

I tried that butengine vibration and heat change the values of the VR to the point that errors caused a "Check Engine". I have to find a high quality VR for this. Mabe a steep VR would work if I can find one, or better yet, a stacked stepped VR with lockout ranges.

The above results were done on a resistance dyno. I can post the results of that also. Just looking at the chart shows that at3200 rpm to 3900 rpm the HP rose to71 from 66.$5.00 bucks and some time is all it took. And we all have time, atleast until we...well, you know.

The numbers look better than I thought? Where about did the ECM break away from thenarrow band sensors? Or did it?

I wonder if Elevation plays into it as well?I'm at 2162FT. In Northern Alberta. It showsEvans, Colorado'sat 4652FT.

I'm pretty impressed with what you've come up with. The best gas we have here in Edmonton is 94. That's 2 gas stations in a city of 1 million people..pretty sad.Most places are 92.

You've mentioned that you moved the IAT. How much did you think you've gained? You mentioned maybe .3? I'm not sure I want to go that far.

Now if this is stock...I'd really would like to know if loading the Stage 1 A/C and download, with the True Duels (or any aftermarket pipes/slip ons)would give about the same numbers with out the Intake Air Temp move?

Man...I've got to say.....I'm pretty impressed for what this thing does!! How much different are your IED's compaired to the Nightrider ones? Would the changes that the SE download to the VR tables change it for the better or worse in your honest opinion?

>I dont exactly know what you mean by the above question.<

>I haven't test this configuration you suggested. I am going ot put on a set of Rinehart TD's and the SE A/C and check it again. As the weather gets warmer I will be doing more riding and less testing. The River Run is coming up Memorial Day weekend and I will be going to that after the exhaust upgrade.<

Cool I understand.:

I was under the impression that the narrow band sensors only affected the AFR untill you went passed a certain amount of throttle position?

I was kind of interested on what gets changed in the Stage 1 download. I was told it changes the timing a bit and the AFR tables to match ( or close to) the adjustments for the free'r flowing A/C and pipes?

Thanks Rider57 for the numbers and the time spent. This more than proves that these IED's actually work as advertised. I'm impressed. Get some riding in while you can.

Outstanding results Rider57. Nice documentation. Your results speak for themselves. Now can you make this available for us to try in laymans terms please.

Thank You...
