I give up. You miss the pont completely. People don't datalog $10 worth of resistors and connectors. It's not worth the time. Jesus, what did we do when we had a needle and a clip?

Both good points, however we can be relatively certain that an (current) all-H-D stage 1 is going to be EPA-certified, same as all-stock.

And apparently you miss the point compleatly.&nbsp\\;EFI tuning is not for the faint of heart. You have to understand the "system". Do you mix and match&nbsp\\;blood pressure drugs from the drug store?

Time for my 2 cents, installed the XIED's along with K&amp\\;N 3909 air kit\\; previously installed slip-ons,Cycle Shack, basically which are SE2's.&nbsp\\; Bike runs great, I never had the pinging or surging others talk about, just wanted to cool the bike down and let her run as she should have from the factory.&nbsp\\; Been riding Harleys for 20 years and a certified bike tech for longer\\; anyway, plugs look good, bike has additional power, runs cooler and close to 49 MPG\\; could not ask for anything more!&nbsp\\; Later

We are running tests now to determine how "adaptive" these systems really are as the _IEDs come on line.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;It's sad how few people care.
Quite the opposite we do care.&nbsp\\; One of our member test pilots works for the EPA and has run many tests.&nbsp\\; He's still using the XIED even after all the data he has analyzed.&nbsp\\; That's good enough for me.

Glens,

The engine heat problem has been a long standing problem. Steve offered us a solution. All you offered Steve was criticism, for which you can't back it up.
Yes, 96-inch engines produce heat.
Yes, he offered a solution.
All my critical comments are true. Have you ignored the folks who mentioned their dyno runs with these installed (offered specifically to back me up)?

What are your credentials Glens?
What does it matter? What I have said is true and verifiable. You think not? Prove it.

High School Grad?
Yes. One full year early, within 3 weeks of my 17th birthday. 3.33 GPA with my eyes closed. You?

How many years have you worked on Motorcycles?
Roughly 30, though not contiguous.

Do you even own a Bike?
Yes. 2 of them.

I already know the answer to these questions.
How did I score on your quiz? 100%? YES.

When I am not welcome in someones house, they don't have to tell me that several times. But I always can buy a house in the same street, and try to make it as interesting as the house next door.
