Have XIED's on 08 Ultra with Rush SLips. Debating to go V&H fuelpack or not, or SE or K&N air cleaner. If I add the air cleaner I would imagine it would lean it up....

Main question is the V&H for open AND closed loop?

I've had my IED's on since 1 April and have logged over 2500 miles since then. I noticed my bike sounded better right off and seemed to run better. I can't tell if my temps are down, but had to remove my lowers after the weather warmed up. My last 4 tanks of gas averaged 40.8 mpg in mixed city and highway driving. I changed my spark plugs today (10,000 miles) and have attached photos here for those who might be interested. They look real good to me. I'm happy with the IED's.
Your pictures cut off the bottom of the plug where you can see the insulator and electrode. That's the meat and potatoes of what we want to see.

You won't need the fuel pack with the XIED's. I run the RK3909 K&N, with Rush slip ons (2 inch baffles) and XIED's. My plugs are the best I have ever seen them.

The photo is good. You just need to use the arrows on the side and bottom of the screen to scroll over to the tips. My photo was very large. I'll crop it and upload again.

Mine was the same way and I usedTHIS to cover it.

And I am glad I did because a few days later I got the floorboard extenders from HARLEY GOODIES (a sponser here) and with them installed you can really see that area now.

Thanks, that's a lot better. I didn't have arrows, sliders or any other means of moving the picture. Your plugs look great. You have that slight tint of tan on the insulator, and your electrodes are definitely tan.

Yeah, it's not uncommon to see that their. Especially depending on how long you ran your bike stock. Yellow happens at around 600 degrees, and Blue is at 800 degrees.

That's a nice product Diebolt dug up to remedy that unexposed area.
