loc I have the same issue with mine. Front plug is definatley richer than the rear. Bike runs great and am so far satisfied with the XIED's, but am curious about the front plug being richer than the rear.

I have a 2007 Ultra Classic with stage1 with screaming eagle mufflers and would like to know what mileage you are all getting with XiED installed and without. I am only getting 37mpg on the last two tanks and will be adding Xieds next week. I was getting 40mpg until now.

Has anyone had their bike at thedealer for service and find out that they have the PO131 & PO151 codes showing? Those are the codes for "Front/Rear 02 sensor low (lean).

I saw info about this posted at another forum.
I found that I had those codes when I checked mine. According to the electrical service manual it says the service tech is suppose to disregard those codes if the bike is still in the break-in period. That sort of threw me, but I cleared them out. I've since had the P0131 come back twice, but not the P0151. The last time I checked I did not have any transient codes. Funny thing is, I never saw a check engine light! I also noticed that you don't get the check engine light for 8 seconds after start-up with these codes, so they must not be very significant if it's just from a momentary lean condition.

I stand corrected! I just went out to the garage to check again for ***** and giggles and P0131 and P0151 were there! Same deal. No check engine light or any indication of transient trouble codes. I'm pretty sure they were there before the IED's even. And I've seen them with both IED's and XIED's installed. I don't think there is a connection between the codes and either version of the IED's. Unless they are sending a low enough reading back that it's actually below the lean threshold that the ECM uses to establish a lean condition. I could actually see that happening, but it sounds like people are seeing those codes on completely stock bikes. So for now it's just an unproven theory. Either way, it isn't causing any sort of rideability problem that I can pick up on. And besides, I'm not about to give up the newfound ***** the bike has on a dry 70 degree day!!!

I have XiEDs on order and Nightrider shipped on 5/22. What have you all been seeing for shipping time? I'm in the Milwaukee area. This long weekend would be a great time to install and check them out.
Thanks

Can anyone summarize the 1600+ posts here and say that the Nightrider kits would be a less expensive way, than the Harley mods,to richen the fuel mixture and lower operating temperature, whether or not any changes were made to the air intake or exhaust, without voiding any Harley warranty and not adversely affecting performance, mpg or causing any long term engine problems?

I also got the lean codes??? Also got the following P1353 Front Cylinder No Combustion EFI. But I never got a check engine light. If my bike is only running on one cylindar then I want to see what it will do on two[8D]..... Not sure why this other code came up. Cleared them and will keep an eye out..... Got email from FuelMoto re: his specialty baffles or 1.75 in the rush pipes and he is pushing the need for a tuner if I were to use the his baffles ..... even though I told him I am using the XIEDs at 13.8:1 ???? If I remember correctly he was also telling me I need a tuner with the 1.75s because of things being too lean in open loop again....not sure why???
