RE: Any info on these 02 enrichers??
I don't know where nightrider gets some of their crap. It appears they are making assumptions without reading the whole article. This is what they say on their website:
"Harley-Davidson did publish some interesting power improvement percentages in the Fall 2006 issue of its Enthusiast newsletter. From the information listed below it must be assumed that you can upgrade the exhaust system and intake system on your 96CID engine without any changes to the ECU. Nightrider has historically been a proponent of exhaust system only upgrades with no EFI remap, but now HD has published that HD/SE exhaust upgrades and no EFI upgrades can be added to your bike without warranty implications. The table below summarizes power improvements as published by Harley-Davidson."
What the Fall 2006 article in Enthusiast magazine really states is:"Even more performance potential can be unleashed when the Street Performance mufflers are installed in combination with a Screamin' Eagle Stage I high-flow air filter kit and an ECM recalibration - up to seven percent more torque and 12 percent more horsepower compared to the stock Twin Cam 96 configuration."
The SE catalog says the same thing regarding installation of a high-flow air cleaner:

All EFI-equipped models require ECM calibration*
(priced separately).
*Recalibration is required for proper installation, and will
allow engine to rev to 6200 RPM. See dealer for details.
Labor cost not included.

Sorry, but the schematic is still there. It may not be easy to find on the website, but here it is:
Click here for the Nightrider DIY article on this upgrade.
I still think it is much easier to just purchase them because they are "plug and play". No hassles and the nightrider plugs are waterproof.
DISCLAIMER: I have no connection with Nightrider - just a customer.

Wonder why they took it off the other page.
When I changed my pipes the sensors were cross-threaded and I bought 2 new ones from an auto store and used the original wires from the old ones.
So all I have to do is spend > $.50 and use the sensors I have sitting on the shelf, besides taking out the PC3 and the existing sensors.
Thanks

I also see that the PCIII for 08s is out .... may be over kill for my need - also wonder if it will work with the 110 motor??
