Default PC III and winterizing

Does anyone know if it is a big deal to leave a PC III in the bike during the winter or is it better to take it out? I did a search and couldn't find anything. I also checked the directions, but also didn't find anything.
Any info would be greatly appreciated......

No reason at all to remove it. Are you concerned about it from some reason?

Thanks for the reply. I had just finished winterizing it a couple of days ago and started to think about it. I was going back and forth about it. I know the stock ECM stays in, but then I was thinking about the electronics in the PCIII. Anyway, my mind is at ease now....Thanks...
