I purchased a PCIII used. It works fine EXCEPT the engine light comes on after warm up...and the odometer diagnostic codes indicates the O2 sensors are not connected. I did install the caps I was sent with the PCIII, but they appear to be just caps...they do not actually connect to the terminals in the connecter. Dynojet tech support said to check resistance on eliminator which leads me to believe they should not just be plastic caps.

What should the O2 elminators look like?

 

It's more than just a cap. Without tearing my bike apart, I think it looks like the one at the top of the picture.
