Default PCIII Won't fit like they say it should....

I just got my new USB PCIII for my 2005 Duece and I have determined that it absolutely will not fit in the space they say that it should. Both the module and the connector are supposed to slide under the orignal fuel control module and they are both about an eighth of an inch too thick to go there. I called Dynojet and they acted like I'm crazy. I'm not, and I have followed the instructions to the letter. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, do you have any suggestions about how to proceed? I've attached a picture to show what I mean.

I experienced the same thing...'05 FXDLI with PC111USB. Spent hours trying to fit that thing under my seat, but no matter what I did the seat would rest on the relocated plugs...harness wasn't long enough to locate them anywhere else. I emailed, they responded they hadn't heard of any problems. It seemed like a matter of time before the plug would have broken with the seat resting on it. I sold it on ebay, and had the Harley download done just so I could get going. Now I'm looking to add a DFO/TFI.

This seems to be a common problem with the PCIII and new dyna models. I would try to get my money back on the PCIII and go with the SERT (race tuner). It's a better piece of equipment anyway and there in nothing to stuff under your seat.
