Default 06 Cop Glide HP/TQ Numbers and MPG

What wrong with this Dyno Chart?

06 Electra Glide 15,250 miles
FullSacTrue Dual Conversion
K&N 3909 A/C
Autolight 4164 Plugs
Stock ECM with Twin Scan II Data System
30 - 35 MPG
70 - 75 MPH Interstate Riding, 3000 RPM
Shift @ 2500 - 2750
Stock Wheels/Tires/Gearing

HP seems down for "Stock" bike as well as MPG

Seems to be lean at 3000 and very very rich every where else in the RPM Range

Any Thoughts

that is a weird a/f line the one on mine is pretty much straight accross @ about 12.9-13 or so and i thought that was fat.
how does it run /and how do your plugs look?

Your fuel mileage shows the a/f is very rich across most of the fields; and probably the timing is not advanced enough. Basically, looks like a poor tune that erred on rich a/f.

Basically, the TSII+ should record data to allow you to accurately set VE tables. Then load a SERT map close to your build and tweak it doing data runs.

You would probably see the mpg you have with cruise a/f of 13.2 and partial throttle acceleration a/f at 13.0 or so. Also, you can probably advance the timing at cruise at aleast a couple of degrees with a/f at 14.1 or slightly leaner.

Bike Runs well, just get poor mileage

No Pinging, popping, missing, surging or any thing else.

Plugs are fat, inside of pipes are black, definetaly rich.

Waiting for WEGO III Module from Daytona-Sensors to get a better A/F map
