Anyone else have this problem with PCIII....
When I fire up my Nightster, I usually let it run for a minute or so until the rocker boxes get a little warm but during that time the idle is a tad high....maybe 1200rpm or so. Anyways, about 1 or 2 times during the warmup the idle cuts and it ALMOST stalls. Its just like a little hiccup. After that the idle picks back up and its alright. I also noticed if I fire it up, jump on it and go....it has a tendency to stall. And I've NEVER stalled it after its warm. I need to call DynoJet and ask them about it, I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Just curious if anyone else experienced anything like this with their PCIII.

You need to properly adjust the cold start enrichment table.

You have eliminated the PC as the source of the problem by bypassing it, right?
There is no cold start enrichment table in the PC-III. The closest it comes in that regard is an option to enable dumping extra fuel while cranking. It's called "Start Fuel". That won't help in your situation.

Yes, it's bypassed with the PCIII wiring harness. I didn't think I had seen a cold start table in the program but I hadn't looked through everything. I didn't have this problem in the short time I ran the stock ECU and my V&H pipes. Everything is installed correctly, I've eliminated the 02 sensors and I'm running the map for my EXACT setup. I'm calling DynoJet today to talk with them. I have a couple other issues I'd like resolved as well. Either that or I'm just going to purchase a Thundermax w/AutoTune and call it a day.
