I have an 07 Ultra and with bike being stock I got around 40-41 mpg. That is about 50% runing it easy and 50% running lke I stole it. I added Rinehart T/D, Ness Big Sucker and the TMax map #384 and bike runs great. I have some decel pop and it seems to be getting worse as I ride it but I have only put about 60 miles on it since install. Hoping it corrects itself with the decel popping. Mileage dropped to aboput 33 mpg on the first tankfull. What do I change to up the mileage and if it doesnt correst itself with the popping issue what can I change to correct that? Thanks,Bobby

Get the 4.5 firmware upgrade (email productsupport@zippersperformance.com), it has the decel pop adjustments on the basic settings page. for the MPG, you can change the mapping of the AFR@TPS tuning maps. Let me know if you need some info on that.

Man, I run between 70-75 on the steady state cruise and got the 48 mpg. Hotdogging it, which I do a lot....40 mpg.

Could be the way I broke the engine in. Maybe, I will do a compression/leakdown test...I am curious. I know I did a lot of WOT accelerations to the rpm stated for the milage.....If I remember right 3K until 500 miles and 4 k to 1000 miles.....I was religious about keeping the rpm under the max during breakin steps. I differ with MOCO on the WOT business vs babying the engine.
