PC III or SERT with no O2 sensors? (04 Dyna)
With an 04 dyna, since it doesn't have O2 sensors, does that make the PCIII the automatic logical choice? It already has the SERT, but no module, So I need to either flash to stock and put on a PC III or buy a SERT and be set. I just didn't know about the fact that there are no O2 sensors and if it makes one really stand out over the other.
I like that the SERT programs the ECM, but that the PC III looks much easier to use. Are there SERT maps like the PCIII has? That could be another big decision maker. The bike is getting V&H pipes, so that may make the PC III the more logical choice, right? We know that a dyno tune is optimum, but will have to wait, so we need to get it close for now.

RE: PC III or SERT with no O2 sensors? (04 Dyna)
I have run both, and I think that without the O2 sensors I would lean towards the PC III. I still think the SERT is better but you will find more competent tuners who can use the PC than the SERT. I have used both and made my own maps on both without a dyno. The SERT allows me to do data runs on the road with the PC III I used a map close to my configuration and then tunes out the things I didnt like.
