I remember eading at either the power commander web site...or the www.fuelmottousa web site that the make a device to keep the O2 sensor in a loop to allow for installation of new pipes and a PCIIIUSB. Hope this helps.

Hi,
My understanding is that when you purchase the PC3 you are supplied with a unit to connect to the ECM to block the signal and prevent fault codes etc. The 02 sensors effectively become obsolete when a PC3 is installed as the bungs are left in the holes in the pipes.
I'm no expert but thats what dynojet have told me and I'm about to undertake my own install...'o

Its not that hard to unhook them. I did my brothers Fatboy last summer and did my deluxe a few weeks ago.
You have to take the battery out to get to the rear one. It is on the right side of the of the slot where your battery is.
The other one is in your voltage regulater in the front.
Its eaiser if you just unplug them first then you can use a wrench to take them off the pipes.
