sert tuner wont connect

sert tuner wont connect
just installed a 95 kit in a 05 hert.bought a new race tuner with g suffix.hooked evrerything went to program ecm and it either says it cant connect to interface or it says cant read from acdl.ive tried my laptop and desktop both do the same.doea anybody have any advice?

yes,i also removed the software and reinstalled it,i can connect to the bike fine with my twin scan and wego tuner but when i try to ust sert it wont connect.the only issue maybe,the tuner didnt come with any cables so i used the cables from a sert ing tuner for carb bikes but i wouldnt think that would be an issue.

HD realeased a PDF to the dealers explaining this 12 months ago.

Here is an excerpt from the Tech Tip.......
[align=left]Common Reasons for Programming Failures Include:[/align][align=left]• Low battery voltage on the motorcycle[/align][align=left]• AC power cord not plugged into the computer[/align][align=left]• Connections not being fully mated[/align][align=left]• Not allowing the ECM the 10 second wake up period before reflashing[/align][align=left]• Incorrect cables being used (EFI Race Tuner and Ignition Race Tuners use different cables, Using the Ignition Tuner Cable on an EFI Race Tuner Link will damage the tuning key.[/align]
• Incorrect MAP’s trying to be installed (See chart below)
