had my power comander shiit its self about a month ago, and this was 200mile after i had a 107 build done. id done 1500mile on the power comander before it went to a 107 build, now ive done 450mile on the new built and its crapt out again, so im getting 200mile outa every power comander , it ends up running on the rear only with no spark to the front,
any1 got any sugestions to what might be the cause of this ?
shurly i just havent been unlucky and got 2 bad comanders?
are they this bad , as ive never heard much bad about them?

I've had Pcs on 2 bikes and have had no issues. Everything I've read indicates that there can be problems but they are fairly rare.
Did you use dialectric grease on the connections?
Maybe you have a bad wire someplace?
All your ground connections are clean and tight?

 

Yeah, the chances of two going exactly the same bad are slim to none. Not saying they didn't go bad, but the real problem has to be in the wiring harness or other components.

 

yer its deff strang, both times its been the same plug getting nothink [front], i hookt the pc up to it and all looks good , reloaded map and still no good , it does it after a ride when i go to start it both times , not when riding along, a jap rider said to me they had similer probs and they had it solved from the distance to the pick up was to great, must be under 3mm or some think he was saying, i have no idea
, i pull the pc3 out n reconect to stock to get home , cant be good for a modified motor

Well my experince the PC is garbage, Nothing but troubleI had 3 burn out and2 where bought from different dealers and tuners, all under warrent It,s on a MM injector bike.I have a sert now no trouble.

More than 12k on mine rain, snow, hail, heat above 115* and cold below 30* with no issues.
If I had to do it over, I think I would buy one of the wide band O2 setups. By the time I paid for a good tune, I could have done that.
