Glad that the problem was resolved, even though it was a hassle I know it was good to here them say in effect “Hey it was on us, we blew it.” and then replace the module. Give it 300- 400 miles to tune its self before you try any tweaks or changes.

Just got my TMAX back last week, they said the auto tuner was bad. I had to pay for a new one because they said they had no way to test the wires we resoldered from the install. Personally I don't think the wires were bad, but the wires on the unit are apoxied so they can't be replaced. Anyway I installed it and the AFR front and rear worked perfectly and the bike runs well. I need to put some miles on it to really see how it feels.
They sent me firmware version 4.5 via email. One thing I noticed on 4.4 is the idle was lowered to around 950 which is a lot better. On another note, I put some Rush 2.25 slipons on my wifes Sportster 1200C and they really sound great. The guys stopped teasing her, used to tell her the bike sounded like a sewing machine. I need to get a better picture now that I have this bike running again, but I do like the ride, handling and performance.
