07 SG - both of my dual elementfront signals work properly when signaling but one of them does light up as running light when on. Tried replacing the bulb several times w/o success. NOTE: a previousissue was a replaced wiring harness on the left side (same side as bad light) that keep popping my headlamp fuse. Covered under warranty. Although this only recently started, could it be related?

Any thoughts....thanx in advance.
