It's is legal to do anything you want to your bike, it's just illegal to ride it on the street. The race tuner is a money maker and doubt HD would back away from a dollar. Nowif feds and states enforce epa and carb regs, race tuners maybe a thing of the past, but that would be because of supply and demand.

Last year their was the same rumor going around that the MOCO was discontinuing all Screamin Eagle parts, take it for what it is....rumor.
