I bought my bike new it's 07 Road King Custom it came with a Sert and it has stated to have a flat spot at about 3000 rpm, I took it in and had it checked out and they confirmed it, the service advisor told me they could fix it by mapping it, but it would cost me about $320.00. My question is Since it was on the bike when I bought it shouldn't it be a warrenty issue at no cost to me?

 

There is no warranty on the tune. That is on you!
