06 FXDI Super Glide died while riding

I'd say you found the problem.. A 02 RK I bought wasn't in as bad condition but the pump, hoses, and filter had to be replaced. The bike only had about 20000 miles on it ay the time (about 5000 mine).. I bought it in 2007 from a guy that had put 700 miles on it in 4 years.. Prior to that it a rental.. 14000 miles in one year..

Should I get the whole fuel pump assembly from Stealer?
Called HD and they don't sell individual fuel lines, inlet sock, they don't even have the filter in stock.
Plastic lines looked melted to the couplings.
Anyone know where to get sock and the 2 fuel lines?

you will have to look for used , but in good condition ones or get an aftermarket pump and lines, quantum

Myself when I was having fuel isses, I just replaced everything in there. I did not go with cheap no name ones off amazon either. It will leace you stranded on side of road. Anything going on 20 years old, you should think to hard about replacing.

The Icing on the cake....
Was trying to unscrew quick connect from under tank(remember line was broke inside) and I was going wrong way, now pitcock is stuck and the nut damaged , I proly have to cut with dremmel, or torch it.
Any suggestions?

I just need to replace filter/sock and lines inside tank, line 1/4" or 5/16"? stainless
