I have a 98’ road king with a new twin tec 1005 I replace an ultima ignition with. Now that it’s installed I’m using 3 and 7 for settings and 5800 rpm

i have a Mikuni Hsr 45 for carb and not sure if I will need to retune everything because hit tuned now but with some odd noises that don’t sound to good. Will have to retune the can to this ignition. And are my setting on the modul ok. My motor is not stock list below described below
