The picture you show is common to all softails from about 2006/7 up.. You show a picture of the EFI section for your bike.. So you want to get measurements off of what? The coil? It's in the manual.. You could probably find a good youtube vid on it..

We are straying from how I am measuring this to make sure it is faulty I really couldn’t give a f*#k if it’s what it is. I just need to know if I need another one of them to solve the issue I currently have. Please just tell me how to measure I don’t care what it is 🤣 so I don’t put money into something that doesn’t need replacing…

Bolt everything back up, and check the resistance between the secondary coil and ground for each terminal ( front and rear).
Also do as max says and install plugs ( so the ecm can sense compression) and crank the engine and check for sparks with two other plugs attached while resting on the engine for a ground. If you see strong sparks, your coil is good.
