Mine went out too about two months ago. Got her replaced under warranty.

 

Same thing happened on my SG last year. Radio was replaced under warranty.

If it goes out again after the warrant is up, I'll installa Sony Marine radio. Biketronics makes a harness that plugs into the factory harness then into the Sony...all hand control funtions still operate.

 

Mine froze-up on my 06 SG on way back from Strugis last month. I shut the bike down and restarted it and the radio started up, Since then I have had no problems.
