@Schex could it be the starter? I DO remember specifically on the very first time I tried to fire this up the starter was smoking after i held button for 5 seconds or so and I thought I burnt it out. But it did keep cranking when i hit the button so I moved past that.... could I have fried it somehow but yet it'll keep going just a bit?

@paulmedford I know next to nothing on electronics, could a 'possibly' fried starter drain an otherwise healthy motor to that 6.5v I saw while cranking? Just trying to see if things are adding up or not... again may be separate issues

At this point I'm thinking (guessing) you may have another issue causing hard cranking, which could possibly hurt the starter if overheated, letting the smoke out the starter is never good.

Do like Max said, take the left side plugs out and take a voltage reading while cranking it, do another video of that.

@Schex Oh **** I should have mentioned and just remembered the newest video I took the plugs were in. Not sure on other video. But I'll remove plugs and also try linking to my car battery

between compression strokes it don't sound like the battery as its constant cranking, if the battery was bad it would die down. Maybe the starter, but Did you check the acr? pull the plugs and see how it cranks.
