TTS Cold Start Troubles
My 2019 roadking, 124ci 22xe cam, was dyno tuned awhile back by HD. I dont want to take it back there. It runs well in most respects although I wonder if a different cam would have served me better. Maybe I will try a different one in the spring.
My problem is with the cold start. Under 50F I may get a pop and die, it could die without popping, or it could just do its usual surge then drop to warmup RPM.
I first adjusted cranking and warm up fuel upward 5% below 20C . I got a nice black cloud poof and rich smell then it died as it usually does. I know better than to change two things at once.
Im gonna toy with it but any guidance for a clean start at any temperature would be appreciated.
