Default SEPST tuner transfer to new bike

Is the SEPST locked to one bike or can I use it for a second bike?

Be aware that the SEPST marries itself to the bike's ECM and is not easily transferable to another bike. If it's been used during your Stage 1 then that's it locked to your bike.
I have read of someone claiming they can reverse it. Inside the device must be a type of memory chip holding the bike's VIN. If that memory is electrically alterable without fuses it can be reversed. If it has fuses I believe they blow and the memory chip is effectively read only from then on.

It locks to the first ECM tuned with that specific device.
