Spark plugs how are they running

Default Spark plugs how are they running

Tried my best to determine how these are running and just can’t!

1st thought was they look lean!

then noticed a brown ring on the porcelain so now I’m just confused

if they are lean or perfect

any help can post more pics if needed

@ash uk streetbob Check out this video below. It’s a few years old but still very relevant to your concerns and Kevin really breaks it down. It’s a Master’s class on engine performance. BTW - they look 👀 normal as mentioned above.

Good news plugs are ten years old now and I was worried they looked lean only got 10k miles on bike but should I swap for new based on the age?

That was referring to post 2 the question was why new?

Because you have them out and they are cheap.

so.... along that same lines, how often is recommended to change plugs: 2017 Ultra
I can do them myself, but dont want to take apart until ready.

30,000 miles and long as your bike is not messed up 30K is fine
