Fuel pump voltage on pinout for EFI sportster?
I am troubleshooting a no start 2010 sportster. Checked the usual stuff, all fuses are clean, swapped the relays back and forth, battery is at 12.7v. Pulled the pump to ensure that it was not damaged or gummed up. I am only getting 5 volts on the pump positive out from the harness connector to the pump, 0 volts on run switch off. I was under the impression that the Harley fuel pumps were 12 Volts.
I can hear the pump click when I apply power but nothing else.

- Is 12 volts correct so I can fed the pump that and ensure that is is working.
- Is there a known condition that causes 5v out to the pump, that does not seem nearly enough to me and would indicate something else being wrong like a sensor being out that is causing the pump to not prime.
