I bought my bike with theS/E air cleaner kit already installed. I wish to change out the gray backplate to the chrome one. Besides the backplate, do I need
any other parts besides a new gasket? There are threads on here that spec out parts needed for stock to S/E, but not a backplate change only. Thanks for your help.

 

You will need the 2 - O rings for the breather bolts.
part number 11292 - O-Ring

I re-used my o-rings (because I forgot to pick some up). No issues whatsoever.

 

Get some hi temp flat black paint or crinkle black and paint it unless you REALLY need the chrome.
