Fuel map adjustment, AFR to VE and timing correlation
Ok I'm pretty sure I know the answer to the first question I have but I'm trying to learn tuning definitively.
I have an S&S 124 and they can get a little warm. My question is, if I slightly bump up the richness of some of my cruising cells, will this help a bit with temps, however slight? And when this is done will my VE tables need to be redone? I'm sure the answer is yes for both but I'd like to confirm with someone more knowledgeable than myself.
The second part of this is with a change in AFR, will timing also need to be adjusted? That I'm very unsure of. My gut says no but I haven't figured out the symbiosis between the various parameters. Thanks for any help.
