Default Dead bike

Greetings from NH! I'm in a bit of a trouble here. I took the bike out yesterday, had the Oil changed and came home. I left the bike outside for a bit to cool down before I moved her into the garage, and now I have No Power & I can't get the Forks to unlock to move the bike.
I've checked the cables to the battery, everything is tight as it should be. I had an ignition issue this past summer, the local dealership said they fixed it.

Ok man, what are you riding?
Done anything to it prior to the problem?
Any upgrades on it?

try pushing the bars to the LEFT to get the pressure off the ignition while turning the ignition switch as usual.

Well, from here sounds like you need to get it back to the shop that did the work on it.
Call and see what they say

Got her going, Finally! Popped the Ignition out (Which I honestly didn't want to do) and re-lubed everything. Started right up. Thanks for the help!

It probably had grit in there, but wet lubes only attract more grit. Sometime, you should pop it, spray it with brake clean, Q tip and use whatever to clean it all out, then look at a graphite lube. This is in the manual.
