Yes has M&M injection. First thing I did is was look at pins & then clean pins with proper electronic cleaner. Still nothing.

Are plugs in the holes when testing spark? I assume front plug has spark but rear doesn't?

Plugs are in & spark tester hooked up on each plug. Front has spark & rear does not. Is correct. Switched plug wires same no rear plug spark. Same thing if I ground to jug no rear spark only front spark.

The primary side of the coil basically works the same if points or ECU controlled. Its energizing the primary side of the coil. Then breaks this circuit by either points opening or ECU opening the circuit electronically. The collapse of the circuit is what builds the voltage in the secondary. So, if you have a fast acting multi meter, a power probe or amp clamp. You should see voltage or amps rise and then fall. Since the front is working. You can get a base from it. The other is to reverse the pins in the connector to coil. Does problem change to front coil? My thought is this testing would pin point if it is ECM or at least the wire coming from ECM. Seems a simple continuity test from coil connector to ECM connector should be able to rule out wire.

So after all this time & checking every single on wire for a break, cut or being grounded. All information on testing values for crank sensor ,cam sensor & coil was all wrong in Chilton service manual & from information online & You-tube. It turned out to be the ECM. Installed a used ECM & bike fired right up on 2 cylinders after 16 years of storage.
