Short of installing it I have no idea. Once installed and then using the right type of gauge you can check the pressure.

All you can do on the bench is power it up to see if the motor works and use an ohmmeter to check the fuel level works.

1/2 fill the kitchen sink, power up the pump with a 12v battery (Polarity).
Good, clean up mess. let dry out.
Bad, repair or trash.

NICE? are you happy for me? I hope so.

If you are not and just being sarcastic, here is a word for word quote from my ebay ad:

"A MECHANIC SOLD THIS TO ME, HE SAID IT WORKED, BUT I CANNOT GARANTEE, SO SELLING FOR PARTS ONLY, IT MIGHT WORK IT MIGHT NOT.

HENCE THE LOW PRICE.

GET IT BEFORE I GET A CHANCE TO GO ON YOUTUBE AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO TEST IT AND JACK UP THE PRICE!!

MAKE AN OFFER, I HAVE NO USE FOR IT RIGHT NOW."

I hope you can be happy for someone else today, or else feel free to make some other judgements about stuff you know nothing about.
