Default ThunderMax problem. HELP!!!!!

when i try to start the bike up after initateing thundermax ecm 3 times i press run to start it and red battery light goes on, on my ole ladys 07 streetbob.

yep it killed the battry i had to put it on trickle then i went thru the process againg to initiate the ecm then run start and the red battery light lit up again.

Were you able to start the bike? The Thundermax will light up the low battery light normally. It's common for me to see the low battery light right after start-up. It quickly goes off after the charging system kicks in. The tmax either draws more juice or expects a greater voltage reading. I think it's the latter.

no it didnt turn over just killed the battery twice.

hmmm...Never had that problem or heard of anyone else having it. Maybe a bad battery? I had mine hooked up for about 45 mins to an hour when I was messing with the AFR's, timing, Decel and it started right up after I wrote to it and initialized

almost got to be......or something got moved when you were mounting it.....how old is the battery

make sure the neg battery cable is tight..sometimes it will come loose.

me is dumb

i didnt load the map cause i kept making changes to it in stead of getting a closer match so i thought it was loaded but it wasnt
and i wound up loading another map that was closer and it turned over it s alive.

thanks to all that helped me aand thanks to the tech guy at thundermax for helping me get the right map and loading it.
