Fuel pump priming issue

Fuel pump priming issue
I have a 2009 sportster xr1200 with a fuel pump issue. My fuel pump continues to prime when it should stop around 3 seconds once pressure is built. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel line inside of the tank. I’ve replaced fuel pump relays/fuses. Nothing seems to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The only way the ECM can turn the pump off is by de-energising the system relay. If it did that to regulate how the pump works you would get several DTCs for all the things that get their power from the system relay.
Follow FSM and check fuel pressure in the line from the tank to the injectors.
