Lights and set up using a SBC
Morning all , OK , First up I am NOT an electronics engineer,
First I am wondering why the lighting always plays so many tricks on people installing new lights.
So, why can't i redo the wiring and run it all through an SBC. ( SBC = Single Board Computer )
As most lights are LED these days and i see where everyone is saying it is so easy to use
a computer to contriol all your lights etc.
Now if i can use an SBC with 2 video inputs, theoretically i could put 2 cameras on the back lights
, this covers the blind spots. and then you can feed them to a screen , plus with the data feed
from your bike , you can also select whichever values gauges etc you want .
Then if you have that running why not add a short voice recognition system withcontrols for lights horn
etc.
But by running it all through an SBC , you can clear all the wires to one centtral spot .
Would this then stop all the light problems ?
Remember i am not an electronics engineer but i do know one here.
Or is this impossible because of the load mechanisms and resistors .
