Default Snap-on scan tool connecting to HD

Long story short, I will be replacing calipers and brake lines soon and will need to "bleed" the ABS unit on my 16 FLHXS. My buddy has a Snap-on Triton D10 scan tool that has the capability to perform the HD ABS service. His scan tool only came with one connector, the typical OBDII connector that you use to connect to most vehicles now a days (obviously this style connector will not connect to my motorcycle). Now here is the funny part, Snap-on charges $740 for the HD connector, yes you read that right. No way in hell am I going to pay for that just to bleed my ABS unit.

I found this connector (below) on eBay for $8 dollars, do you think it will work? On one side of the wire is an OBDII connector and the other side of the wire is a 6-pin Deutsch connector (for the Harley port).

Just rationally thinking out loud, I see no reason why it won't work. I'm just wondering if anyone here that has more experience might know for sure. I have no idea if that Snap-on connector has some type of integrated proprietary software or something that authenticates with the scan tool or whatever.

I forgot to mention that Snap-on sells a converter adaptor that goes from OBDII to the Triton scan tool port. So I would have to purchase this also.

Lookup infotechmercenary.com, he sells a unit for around 180.00 that cycles the ABS. Unit works great, I have the 4 pin version (pre CANBUS) and the 6 pin version for the CANBUS bikes. Also consider putting speed bleeders in place of the factory bleeder fittings, makes life a lot easier.
