A quicks update.
I jumped +12V directly to the solenoid starter. Somehow that unblocked the solenoid and the Start switch started working again.
My hypothesis is that the Solenoid is about to die and some difference in voltage coming from BCU may had made it stuck while the slightly higher voltage directly from the battery unstuck it.
