I would just drive to vegas and spend a few days and get as much engine work as needed .

 

So what you are saying is HD finally decide to get around to it. News flash others have been tuning 2021 with in 3 months of the release of the 2021's.

 

3rd party tuners say flat out when you use their devices that you apply them at your own risk. HD has had the tunes ready for most of the year. The issue is that California CARB has not approved them. Add to that COVID and politics.
