Default Have power but motor dies at 14.5 volts

Spoiler

2000 Ultra Classic
Fires up and sounds great, problem is once she hits 14.5 volts, the engine cuts off yet still has power.

Replaced with new:
stator
rotor
regulator
spark plugs
battery

Have inspected/checked:
ignition switch & plug
wiring
Fuses

*no codes showing

At a loss and about to pull our hair out.

I’m thinking it’s unrelated to the voltage going to 14.5 volts. Maybe just that it’s run a bit.
- after it shuts off, will it start right back up?

Welcome from North Beach, FL., USA!

Just in case you have not done both of these two important items!

Be sure to add an Avatar of your favorite shot in the USER set up for the small picture others will see in the top left corner of your post with your USER name.

And most importantly a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike model, year, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with that others see at the bottom.

This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question or another member interested in it may ask you a question about it.

Your all set.... Enjoy the ride! ______________

The 14.5 is not the key here. Nothing wrong with that. Anything under 15 is normal depending on battery charge.

And say if the cables are a little loose, it will trick the voltage regulator to go higher then 15. But there is no built in tilt for that. The voltage is fine.
