Fuel Injector Problem?
1997 ultra classic FLHTCUI
idle/rpms will increase to around 3000 while sitting or riding causing me to have to pull in clutch in order to slow down. Other times it will sputter and check engine light will come on then normalize and turn off. Noticed that oil pressure will be normal for the first 10-15 minutes then drop.. separate issue? After bike sits for a few hours it (oil pressure) will be normal again.
Just bought bike after it sat for over a year. Did this work:
Oil/filter change
Plugs
Emptied tank as it sat for a couple years
New battery

It's not the oil. Period. Carlgrover hit on one of the possibilities. The other could be the Idle Speed Control Actuator (27272-95A) at fault. It is part number 19 on the link below. That is for a 1998 FLHTCU-I. For some reason, there is not a drawing for the EFI assembly on the 1997 model.
