Hot start poor idle/misfire

Hot start poor idle/misfire
Have a 2016 Road Glide with a 120R. Over the past couple weeks have developed a hot start rough/poor, misfire idle issue. Acts as if the engine is running on 1 cylinder. EITMS is disabled. Seems to clear up as quickly as a few seconds or just poor idle for a couple minutes. Using a thundermax ecm. Only does this when the engine is above operating temperature and after shutting off for a few minutes ( like filling the tank at the gas station). Hit start and the bike starts normally, no hard starting condition at all. Looking for some input and what others may have experienced with this issue. Thanks

If you have a Tmax, it don't have EITMS. You might have a leaky injector flooding the motor (rich) or a fuel pressure problem. Another issue can stem from rolling the throttle on a little when turning the ignition / run stop switch on. It confuses the ECM in thinking where the 0 throttle position is. Make sure that the throttle spindle moves freely and returns to the same point. I'd also check the engine temp sensor and clean the throttle body. It's probably worthwhile to check fuel pressure too.

Thanks, so was diagnosed using the thundermax software to see what was going on with my live data when the issue would occur. No fault codes or history codes. Number 2 cylinder would run max lean on the live data. So I have another bike with a thundermax, barrowed the O2 sensor from that bike and checked the AFR reading again. Same issue. Sent a log to thundermax for more info and data. Purchased new injectors and resolved my issue.
