Hmmm, that's interesting.
And it runs cooler at 13° than say 20°?
The dealer tech had mine at 16° and I found 20° to be cooler.

Don't know yet. I don't have enough data log to really prove anything I'm experimenting... You just keep doing whatever the dealer tech told you and I'll do what I do...

Hah! Mine has changed a whole lot since that dealer tune and I don't have any popping when I shift. lol
But you carry on with that timing of yours and good luck.

That's exactly how I took your last post so **** off. I'm not having it. Got it? Good.

Jake, closest I see off hand to your exhaust in a street bob is a supertrapp but every stage 1 1690 in a '15 street bob I see has timing in the 30s and 40s from 3000rpm up in the decel areas and light load up to 60kpa/3500rpm and up. Whole lotta 40 - 45°.
Too retarded, even and especially at idle is a sure fire ticket to hell when it comes to heat. A whole lot more of the cylinder is exposed to the flame front.

I have some pretty specific questions regarding the PowerVision and WinPV software. I've even included some screen shots to illustrate what I'm looking for. Can/would someone familiar with the PowerVision tuner and WinPV software be kind enough to respond. I'll ask these questions again for clarity.
1.Normal vs Pro User, does being in Pro User mode give a broader range of adjustability in Quick Tune? Should I be able to switch to Pro User mode?
Any chance a WinPV user could hook their Power Vision unit to their computer, start WinPV software, go to set up > options > user level > there is a window labeled options.
across from user level there is the word normal in a drop down box. when you click the drop down box do you get the choice between normal or Pro user? Here is a picture of that window

2 In regard to my Deceleration Enleanment table Here are screen shots of my beginning and current decel tables. How do my current numbers look? Am I taking the correct route in messing with these tables to reduce deceleration Pop?

Original table (starting point)

Current table

In a nutshell, this is what I'm trying to figure out
1. Should I be able to access Pro User level? will that give me more adjustability in quick tune?
2. Should I have been messing with decel table and do my number look ok?
3. When I go to do auto tune basic, should I return decel table figures to original numbers and should I go into quick tune and return decel fuel from +25 to 0 and decel timing from +5 to 0?

Could/Would someone familiar with both the Power Vision Tuner and the WinPV software respond? If you're not familiar with both of these could you please not respond?
