Default Help after installing exhaust on 2012 sportster 883

I'm the new guy, with a problem.
2012 Sportster 883 with 11,500mi.
Purchased the bike about 2 months ago. It has a Velocity stack intake and FP3 stock exhaust. It was running a stock tune. I flashed it to a stock w/high flow filter tune. All ran fine.
Of course the stock exhaust was way to quiet so I came across DK customs (I've contacted them and they have phenomenal customer service but as of now we are both stumped) you tube video of a sportster iron they cut off 2 3/4" of the tip and threw in some TTI'S w158s. I followed it to the T. First I flashed a SE pipes with no baffles and high flow filter map on. Ran like crap. Contacted DK and they recommended flashing vance and hines short shots map. Tried it and same thing. Flashed back to a stock tune. Same thing. When I say it runs like crap heres how.
At idle you can hear a intermittent miss. Rolling in from a stop it spits and sputters till about 2500. Sitting on the kick stand and holding it at 2150-2200 it will spit and sputter. If opened wide it runs out fine.
. I've checked for exhaust leaks, intake leaks, removed the V stack, tried several maps, and have found nothing. I'm short of throwing stocks back on and kicking it to the curb.
please help if you can.

Thanks in advance.

From top left going clockwise O2 front, O2 rear, A/F ratio, and temp. It doesn't matter at what temp cold or fully warm there's no change.
