For Champion # RA8HC, What is the one step colder # ?

For most domestic plug manufacturers, the lower the number the colder the plug, so a RA7HC would be the same plug one step colder. FWIW, the opposite numbers Vs heat rangeapplies to most foreign plug manufacturers, like Bosch, NGK etc.

What geargrinder says is correct but I believe the next step colder is actually an RA6HC. Not sure there is a 7.

Cooler plug doesnt always mean cooler head temps,sometimes it just the opposite.
